Terms of Service

1. Who we are

UltraQuote (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an artificial-grass quoting tool operated from the United Kingdom. You can reach us at max@salesghost.app.

2. What UltraQuote does

UltraQuote lets you measure a lawn from satellite imagery, plan the grass rolls, and build a costed quote. It’s a tool to speed up your estimating — it doesn’t replace your professional judgement.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide an accurate email address. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in is by magic link or Google. Accounts are for one person; don’t share your sign-in.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Plans and pricing

6. Billing, renewals and cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the app; you’ll keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you’ll then move to the Free plan. We don’t give pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period unless the law requires it.

If you’re a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because UltraQuote is digital and available immediately, by starting to use the paid features within that period you ask us to begin at once and accept that your right to cancel ends once the service has been fully provided for that period. This doesn’t affect your other statutory rights.

We may change prices or what’s included in a plan. If a change affects your active subscription we’ll give you reasonable notice by email before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel if you don’t agree.

7. Your content

The plans, addresses, figures and quotes you create are yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, store and process them so we can provide the service to you — and nothing more. You’re responsible for having the right to use any information you enter, and you can export or delete your plans at any time.

8. Third-party imagery and services

Map imagery and address search come from Google Maps Platform, Esri (ArcGIS) and OpenStreetMap, and are subject to those providers’ own terms. You must keep the on-screen attributions intact and not use the imagery in ways their terms prohibit. We don’t control these services and can’t guarantee the imagery is current, accurate or always available.

9. Our intellectual property

The UltraQuote software, design and branding belong to us. These terms don’t give you any rights in them beyond using the service as intended.

10. Availability

We work to keep UltraQuote running well, but it’s provided on an “as available” basis. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where we plan significant changes to a paid feature, we’ll let subscribers know.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited under UK law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost business, lost savings or losses arising from your reliance on any estimate, plan or price the tool produces. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100.

If you use UltraQuote for your business, the statutory terms and remedies that apply only to consumers don’t apply to you.

12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using UltraQuote and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to it or to others. If we end your account without cause, we’ll refund any prepaid Pro time you haven’t used.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we’ll tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use UltraQuote after that means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you’re a consumer elsewhere in the UK you keep the benefit of the mandatory protections of your home nation.
