Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and UltraQuote for using the app. By creating an account or using UltraQuote you agree to them, so please read them.
1. Who we are
UltraQuote (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an artificial-grass quoting tool operated from the United Kingdom. You can reach us at max@salesghost.app.
2. What UltraQuote does
UltraQuote lets you measure a lawn from satellite imagery, plan the grass rolls, and build a costed quote. It’s a tool to speed up your estimating. It doesn’t replace your professional judgement.
Estimates are estimates. Measurements taken from aerial imagery are approximate and depend on the quality and age of that imagery. Roll plans, quantities, waste figures and prices produced by UltraQuote are guidance only. Image improvement uses generative processing and may smooth, omit or reconstruct visible details; it is not a survey image or evidence of site conditions. You are responsible for checking measurements on site and satisfying yourself that a quote is right before you rely on it, order materials, or send it to a client. We are not liable for the accuracy of any measurement, improved image, plan or price the tool produces.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide an accurate email address. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in is by magic link or Google. Accounts are for one person; don’t share your sign-in.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or use the service to harm anyone;
- copy, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source of the service, except where the law says you may;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service or its security; or
- use the map imagery beyond what the imagery providers’ own terms allow (see clause 8).
5. Subscription and pricing
UltraQuote Pro costs £19 per month, or £180 per year (two months free). New Pro subscriptions include five new non-example jobs per UTC calendar month, satellite measurement with Google HD imagery, up to 50 new AI image improvements each month, automatic roll planning, full job costing, client-ready PDF quotes, and continued access to saved jobs. Unused job allowances do not roll over, and deleting a job does not restore the allowance it used. Subscribers who already had paid or manually granted Pro access before this allowance was introduced retain their existing unlimited-job entitlement. Enterprise includes unlimited new jobs and high-volume AI image improvement subject to reasonable fair use and anti-abuse controls. Enterprise pricing is agreed with you and shown before you subscribe. We may also provide a time-limited no-card trial or an example workspace. These do not renew automatically or create a charge. Prices are in GBP and shown at checkout; applicable VAT is added where required.
6. Billing, renewals and cancellation
Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each month or year, as applicable, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the app; you’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, after which your subscription ends and your access stops. We don’t give pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period unless the law requires it.
If you’re a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new subscription under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Because UltraQuote is digital and available immediately, by starting to use the paid features within that period you ask us to begin at once and accept that your right to cancel ends once the service has been fully provided for that period. This doesn’t affect your other statutory rights.
We may change prices or what’s included in a plan. If a change affects your active subscription we’ll give you reasonable notice by email before it applies to your next renewal, so you can cancel if you don’t agree.
7. Your content
The plans, addresses, figures and quotes you create are yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, store and process them so we can provide the service to you, and nothing more. You’re responsible for having the right to use any information you enter, and you can export or delete your plans at any time.
8. Third-party imagery and services
Map imagery and address search come from Google Maps Platform, Esri (ArcGIS) and OpenStreetMap, and are subject to those providers’ own terms. You must keep the on-screen attributions intact and not use the imagery in ways their terms prohibit. We don’t control these services and can’t guarantee the imagery is current, accurate or always available.
9. Our intellectual property
The UltraQuote software, design and branding belong to us. These terms don’t give you any rights in them beyond using the service as intended.
10. Availability
We work to keep UltraQuote running well, but it’s provided on an “as available” basis. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. Where we plan significant changes to a paid feature, we’ll let subscribers know.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited under UK law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost business, lost savings or losses arising from your reliance on any estimate, plan or price the tool produces. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100.
If you use UltraQuote for your business, the statutory terms and remedies that apply only to consumers don’t apply to you.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using UltraQuote and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to it or to others. If we end your account without cause, we’ll refund any prepaid Pro time you haven’t used.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material we’ll tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use UltraQuote after that means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you’re a consumer elsewhere in the UK you keep the benefit of the mandatory protections of your home nation.
