About UltraQuote
UltraQuote is quoting software for artificial grass installers. It measures the lawn from satellite imagery, plans the grass rolls for the least waste, and prices the whole job, so you can send a client-ready quote without driving out to measure up.
Why it exists
Most artificial grass quotes start with a site visit that exists only to measure a lawn and eyeball access. That visit costs an afternoon, fuel, and often a lost job to whoever quoted faster. Nearly every property in the UK is already photographed from above at a resolution good enough to measure from, so we built the tool that turns that imagery into a finished quote.
What it does
Search an address and the satellite view drops in with the scale already set. Outline the lawn and UltraQuote plans the rolls automatically: it tries every lay direction, respects the roll widths you actually buy, and shows the waste percentage as you adjust. The costing panel builds the full job price (grass, groundworks, plant, labour, markup and VAT) from rates you control, and the result exports as a client-ready PDF quote, a share link, or an email.
Who it is for
Installers and landscapers who quote artificial grass regularly and want the measuring and pricing legwork done in minutes. It is built in the UK around UK suppliers, UK rates and UK jobs, but works anywhere the imagery does.
